The story behind the work.

About Agnes

I built experTribe because the organizations doing the most important work deserved better technology.

I was born in Kenya, raised in East Africa and England, and built my professional career in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Over more than two decades, I have worked across London, Geneva, Munich, Barcelona, Sydney, Amsterdam, Chicago, and cities throughout the United States, before making Baltimore my home. That range of experience, across industries, institutions, and cultures, shaped how I see systems and the people that work inside them.

I know what it means to bring your full capability into structures that were not designed to receive it. To do extraordinary work inside environments built for someone else. To recognize instinctively what is missing in a room, because you are what is missing.

That knowledge sharpens you. And when the right moment and the right tools appear, it becomes an advantage.

I spent more than twenty years mastering the technology systems that power the world's largest institutions. I understand how those systems are built from the inside. I also understand, in ways that cannot be taught, what it costs when those systems are unavailable to the communities that need them most.

That is not a background detail. It is the entire reason experTribe exists.

20+ years at KPMG and Accenture, leading enterprise technology for Fortune 500 companies. Former Chief Information Officer at a nonprofit. MBA, University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business. MBE, DBE, and SBE certified through MDOT.

Why experTribe exists

Technology has always created advantages. The question has always been: who benefits?

For most of its history, the answer has been the same: those who already had the resources. Large institutions built enterprise systems. Government agencies commissioned custom infrastructure. Well-resourced organizations deployed sophisticated tools.

Everyone else, including the nonprofits doing the hardest community work, the small developers rebuilding neglected neighborhoods, and the mission-driven businesses operating on thin margins, had to squeeze themselves into tools that were never designed for them or go without.

Artificial intelligence is fundamentally changing this. Tools that once required teams of twenty and budgets of millions can now be created by someone who deeply understands the problem, in weeks rather than years, and at a fraction of the cost.

That shift changes who gets to build solutions and who benefits from them.

experTribe was founded on the belief that mission-driven organizations deserve systems that work as hard as they do. I have been building toward that vision since 2019. Artificial intelligence now makes it possible to apply what I spent a career learning about complex systems, institutional technology adoption, and transformation to long-standing problems with a speed and precision that simply was not possible before.

About experTribe

Enterprise expertise. Built for the organizations that need it most.

We design and build custom systems, workflow automation, CRM implementations, and AI-powered tools that fit how organizations actually work. Not how a vendor thinks they should. Projects that once required months and full teams now move in weeks, without sacrificing quality or security.

The outcome is transformative. Organizations gain systems that are ready to be used, aligned with real workflows, and built to support day-to-day work from the start. Strategy, design, and delivery move together, guided by experience and supported by the right tools.
