Real-world problems. Real systems. Real results.
Every project starts with a real challenge someone was facing. Here is how I helped.

Grant management platform for organizations pursuing funding
The challenge
Grant work is exhausting. Information lives in too many places at once. Drafts, deadlines, and collaboration spread across tools never designed to work together, all while teams are already stretched thin.
What I built
I designed and built GrantMinder™, a multi-tenant platform that brings grant discovery, pipeline tracking, and collaborative application writing into one system. Built-in AI assistance helps teams move faster through applications while keeping their own voice and intent intact.
What changed
Organizations can now manage grant work as part of their normal operations. Information stays organized, collaboration is straightforward, and teams keep momentum without added complexity.
Why this approach worked
GrantMinder™ was built by someone who had been through the process herself. Every decision reflects how grant work actually happens, based on lived experience rather than assumptions.
Automated Enrollment and Survey System
A medium-sized nonprofit serving underrepresented communities
The challenge
A nonprofit was preparing to launch a grant-funded program with a short timeline and strict reporting requirements. Enrollment, data collection, and reporting all needed to be in place quickly and work reliably from day one.
What I built
I designed and built a custom enrollment and survey system using Fillout and Airtable. The system included personalized links for participant outreach, real-time tracking of enrollment and responses, and automated surveys configured to support grant-ready reporting.
What changed
The program launched on schedule with a system that supported both participation and reporting. Data quality met funder expectations, and the grant maker praised execution and reporting clarity. Funding was renewed for an additional year.
Why this approach worked
The system was designed around how the organization's workflow already operated rather than forcing it into a generic platform. Real-time iteration and AI-assisted development made it possible to design, build, and deliver the entire system in one week.
From Single Landing Page to Full Website
A venture studio and a consulting firm
The challenge
Two early-stage organizations needed a web presence that could grow over time. The goal was to move beyond the constraints of a site builder while maintaining full control over structure, content, and future changes.
What I built
I started with a single landing page built in Next.js, then designed and built a full multi-page website with proper architecture, navigation, and SEO. The work included end-to-end deployment with custom domains and production monitoring.
What changed
The result was two live, indexed sites with a scalable architecture ready for growth. Ownership of content, SEO, and ongoing updates remained fully in-house, without reliance on an agency.
Why this approach worked
The work progressed by shipping real projects rather than following tutorials. Each step built toward a production-ready system, allowing learning and implementation to happen at the same time.

More coming soon. I am currently working with several organizations and will share their stories here with permission.
